I do like a hoppy ale, but I wanted the OG to be closer to 1.050 on this one. In any case, I have been eager to try these Simcoe hops, so if nothing else, this ale will provide pretty clear representation of that strain's flavor and aroma.<BR/><BR/>Additionally, that Nottingham ale yeast strain ferments so vigorously that a lot of hop aromas are expelled during primary fermentation.Cask Drainerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13418355173649047982noreply@blogger.com
